We are led by a seasoned founder Tanuj - who previously exited his SaaS startup to Flipkart. Our co-founders are serial entrepreneurs with deep experience in SaaS, services and growth. The team is Tier-1 folks, ex-founders, ex-Amazon, and young, high-energy problem-solvers.
The Role :
- We are looking for a Program Manager to own delivery and client outcomes for our US-based customers.
- You will be the single point of accountability for onboarding, delivery, communication, risk management and retention.
- This is a hands-on management role with direct client-facing responsibility and strong program management rigour. ( the SPOC between the company, the client and the our service partner)
What You'll Do :
Lead onboarding and discovery for new clients, translating needs into delivery requirementsAct as the primary contact point of the Company for both the Clients and the Partners - for reviews, expectation setting, project tracking and escalations.Build and manage project plans, timelines, risk registers and weekly delivery cadenceOversee delivery / project execution and quality (with support from a junior Ops resource)Coordinate with Partners (Sales experts / GTM Engineers) and service providers to ensure smooth deliveryDrive retention, renewals and identify upsell opportunities across accountsWhat We're Looking For :
3+ years with Customer Success / Delivery experience for US-facing B2B SaaS or comparable consulting + operations rolesExperience in sales service delivery or sales engagement (sales, post-sales, marketing, revops, demand gen services)Strong project management and process orientation (PMO experience is a plus) with prior client management experience, especially in sales-related servicesData-driven : Comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and reportingPrior project management, client relations experience in early-stage SaaS companies is keyExperience with sales / marketing tools is a strong advantage (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, etc.)Why Join Us :
