They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs (staff and contractual radiologists)
- Managing employee onboarding and orientation
- Develop and execute HR strategies with the ED
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system

PGDM / MBA in HR with 2 years’ experience (preferably in healthcare or tele-radiology)Excellent communication & knowledge of HR functionsSelf-motivated and good knowledge of Excel and PPTHands-on experience in Recruitment, onboarding, and Employee RelationsLocation : Noida Office
