Company Description

Amerix Hospital was established by the family of Doctors with a vision to provide world-class oncology care. They founded VIPP LLC 30 years back, a thriving enterprise that operates multiple hospitals, surgery centers, cath labs, and real estate ventures across California for the past 40 years. . Their profound passion for advancing cancer treatment and care has driven their commitment to developing specialized cancer hospitals. Our flagship facility is a 150-bed hospital, which opened on 4th February, World Cancer Day. The current building has a capacity of 300 beds and is part of an ambitious plan to expand to a 1,500-bed medical campus across four buildings on an 8-acre property within the next 7-8 years.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager- Human Resources, located in Dwarka. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals. Additional responsibilities include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance and regulatory requirements, compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires ensuring that HR processes and practices support the company's growth and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Expertise in talent development, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the Hospital industry is mandatory.
