Shift : 1 PM to 10 PM IST (UK Shift)
Job Description :
We’re looking for someone ready to take the wheel. We’re ~100 people strong and looking for a hands-on HR professional to take charge of People Ops, Recruitment, and Learning & Development - essentially, the full HR spectrum as a one-person show.
What you’ll do :
- Lead the entire employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
- Manage People Operations : HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Design and drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs that help our people grow.
- Foster employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and champion a positive culture.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
What we’re looking for :
3–8 years of HR experience.Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and L&D.Self-starter mindset - comfortable being the sole HR owner in the organization.Excellent communication and people skills with a problem-solving approach.Why join us?
