Job Title : OPT Recruiter
Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience : 1 to 3 Years
Salary : Hike on Current CTC + Performance-Based Incentives
Shift : Night Shift (US Time Zones EST / PST)
Working Days : 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities
- Source OPT / CPT, H1B, GC, Citizen, H4 EAD, L2 EAD candidates from job portals and college networks
- Screen, guide, and candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and support them through the hiring process
- Work with consultants to place them with direct clients and vendors
- Keep a record of candidate status and requirements.
