About the Role :

IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in domestic contract staffing. This role is critical to driving our large-scale PAN-India contract hiring, with a strong focus on both volume skills (Java, .NET, Testing, Infra) and niche skills (SAP, Cloud, Data).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract staffing roles across PAN India.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across volume and niche technologies, with a major focus on SAP, Cloud, and Data.
• Conduct daily candidate engagement (pre-offer & post-offer) to minimize dropouts and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, and trackers; provide weekly reports to management.
• Work collaboratively with Onboarding Coordinators & Delivery Managers to ensure closures are aligned to business demand.
