Job Description

As a Principal Recruiter will be responsible for hiring the best talent for Wise in India.

You’ll own talent management, helping Wise in achieving our mission - money without borders. You’ll be a key member of the recruitment team, leading by example on Wise culture and values, mentoring others and being an expert in all things talent / recruitment.

Culture is everything to us at Wise and identifying, finding and selecting the best talent to support our highly collaborative and non-hierarchical culture is key. As a Principal Recruiter you are vital to the overall success of Wise. The right person will have an expert knowledge of talent management and understand how to partner effectively.

• You’ll help us scale and grow our India hub by applying your expert knowledge to proactively guide talent planning and management so we can help more customers save money using Wise
• You have an extensive talent network, and an in depth understanding of Employer Branding and how to tap into various talent pools across India
• You’ll be an expert with data and use it to build informed recruitment flows, helping teams hire quality candidates at pace, with strategy and process at the heart of data driven decisions
• You have a proven track record in building, developing and cultivating relationships with candidates and business leads
• You’ll continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices and help drive our diversity sourcing initiatives by setting-up data informed diversity hiring targets
• Being a go to person in the Recruitment team - coaching and mentoring others, always seeking growth and sharing what you learn
• Use your specialist knowledge in tools, best practice or project management to find ways to impact outside of BAU hiring
• You'll partner with hiring teams and other People teams ( People Operations), to support various initiatives ( referral programs, talent mapping, salary benchmarking, etc)
