Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales and marketing function of various Industrial minerals for Maharashtra and South region.
- Establish and maintain cordial relationships at all levels with major customers and other key clients.
- Strengthen customer engagement to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity for making the right business strategy.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Participation in trade shows and seminars.
- Conduct effective market mapping across industries and regions to identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
- Periodically submission regular updates on performance against budgeted sales and collection, New Business developments, Collections Etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Leadership and Team building ability.Strong understanding of Industrial Minerals functionality and its applications, Sales & Marketing experience in industries such as Plastics, Paint &Coating, Rubber, Printing ink, Paper, Agrochemicals etc.Customer relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and Presentation skills.Qualification & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or Business Administration.Minimum 8 –15 years of experience of Industrial Minerals sales and Marketing.Exposure to Industrial mineral or chemical industry will be Preferred
