Job Description for the role of Asst Manager – Inside Sales

Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate individual to join us as the Assistant Manager - Inside Sales. The ideal candidate will be part of our mission to acquire B2B buyers globally and guide them through the procurement process via our platform. The Assistant Manager of Inside Sales will be instrumental in fostering robust relationships with our valued clients, driving customer loyalty, and contributing significantly to the growth of factori.Com.

Fixed Compensation : Rs 30,000 per month

Job Location : Bangalore (Work from Office Only)

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic clients, providing bespoke, value-driven solutions.
  • Formulate and implement an effective customer engagement strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Order Acquisition :

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to promote factori.Com's solutions and secure product orders.
  • Apply persuasive communication and negotiation skills to drive successful deal closures.
  • Strategic Account Growth :

  • Collaborate with different teams within the company to uncover growth opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
  • Develop and implement plans to foster business expansion with key clients and boost customer lifetime value.
  • Data Analysis and Insights :

  • Harness data to monitor customer success metrics, discern trends, and apply insights to enhance customer experiences.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, offering data-backed suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Client Advocacy :

  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and influencing product and service improvements.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using data and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Proven ability to secure orders and meet sales targets.
