Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end customer grievances as the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO). Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines & Fair Practices Code. Coordinate with regulatory bodies, prepare reports & manage audits. Lead and monitor collections performance, drive recovery strategies, and ensure ethical & compliant collections. Work closely with operations, legal, credit & risk teams for quick resolutions. Requirements 5–8 years’ NBFC / BFSI experience in grievances, compliance, or collections.
