Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Head of Collections to lead the development and execution of the company's collections strategy. This includes overseeing both digital and traditional collections processes, integrating tech and automation to improve performance, and building scalable, efficient systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in collections from banks, NBFCs, or fintechs with a proven track record in scaling operations in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the collections strategy, driving efficiency and optimizing recovery rates

2. Integrate AI-driven solutions for personalized customer engagement and automation

3. Build and implement SOPs to ensure scalable and efficient collections processes

4. Drive a digital-first collections approach using data analytics and automation

Ideal Candidate Profile :

1. Graduate / Post Graduate

2. 15+ years in collections or operations, with experience in banks, NBFCs, or fintechs

3. Proven experience in digital collections, leveraging AI and automation

4. Ability to scale collections processes in startup environments

5. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on execution and collaboration
