About the Role
The Founder’s Office Executive / Sr. Executive is a dynamic, multi-faceted role designed for a versatile generalist who enjoys making things happen across different functions. Working closely with the founders, you will support strategic projects, operations, marketing, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, enjoys variety, and wants broad exposure to how a growing consulting firm operates.
Final designation (Executive or Sr. Executive) will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, and fit.
Responsibilities
Strategic Project & Operations Support
- Oversee project portfolio management and ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
- Support project governance through frameworks, SOPs, and review mechanisms.
- Prepare project review decks, dashboards, and leadership follow-ups.
Business Development & Sales Support
Research market trends and potential opportunitiesSupport in drafting proposals, pitches, and presentationsMaintain CRM databases and track pipeline progress.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for BD initiativesMarketing & Digital Engagement
Coordinate and support the execution of marketing strategies to enhance 4th Wheel’s visibilityManage social media calendars, content posting, and online community engagementOrganize webinars, virtual events, and digital campaignsSupport on drafting for blogs, case studies, and other communication materialsLiaise with external partners, media, and networks as neededTrack performance of campaigns and prepare reportsCross-Functional & Founder Support
Drive special initiatives or mini-projects as assigned by the foundersAssist in organizing internal and external strategic meetingsConduct research and prepare briefing notes for leadership prioritiesAct as a point of coordination between founders, teams, and external stakeholdersOrganizational Development & Culture (as needed)
Support HR and leadership in culture-building initiatives and team activitiesSupport HR in talent acquisition strategies and onboarding experience designSupport on organizational change management initiatives and communication strategiesChampion 4th Wheel's values integration across all organizational processes and activitiesSkills & Attributes

Education : Bachelors in Management, MBA, Master’s in ManagementExperience : 1–5 years in operations, marketing, consulting, or business support roles (designation will depend on experience level)Tools : MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), social media platforms, CRM / project management tools preferred
