About the Role
Were looking for a high-agency, entrepreneurial individual to join the Founder's Office. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work directly with the leadership team on critical business problems and strategic initiatives. Whether it's building new growth channels, solving operational inefficiencies, driving data-backed decisions, or launching new projectsyoull be at the center of it all.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in or closely with D2C brands and wants to rapidly accelerate their learning by working across functions like Growth, Product, Ops, Finance, and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the foundersassist in decision-making, prioritization, and execution across departments.
- Drive key cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across product launches, supply chain, growth, and CX.
- Analyze business performance and generate actionable insightsbuild dashboards, automate reports, track KPIs.
- Own and execute high-stakes special projects (new product lines, geo-expansion, etc.).
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to influence business strategy.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across teams.
- Coordinate and follow up on key leadership decisions and ensure timely execution.
- Represent the founders in internal meetings and external stakeholder interactions when needed.
Who You Are
25 years of experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, VC, startups). Experience in a D2C / e-commerce brand is highly preferred.Highly versatile and able to adapt to new problems and domains quickly.Analytical mindset proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, PowerBI, or similar.Strong program management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication.Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.What Youll Gain
