Founders’ Office – Finance & Operations

At Nino Foods , we operate two fast-growing brands — Nino Burgers and Francesco’s Pizzeria — with 10+ outlets across Mumbai.

We’re looking for a Finance & Operations professional who can bring structure, numbers, and hustle to our expanding QSR business.

Salary Bracket - 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models, cash-flow projections, and margin analysis .

Prepare P&L statements and track unit economics for existing and new outlets.

Monitor daily sales, costs, and wastage , and recommend improvements.

Develop dashboards and MIS reports for the founders (sales, cash flow, inventory).

Collaborate with supply chain, kitchen, and logistics teams to improve efficiency.

Negotiate with vendors and manage payments and credit cycles .

What We’re Looking For

Strong Excel and analytical skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling).

A finance-first mindset with exposure to operations or business planning.

Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and work cross-functionally.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats — finance analyst, supply chain coordinator, and operations manager.
