Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via email and phone calls with speed and accuracy
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients confidently
- Build trust with decision-makers and communicate clearly without mispronunciations
- Ensure every lead receives a strong first impression of the company
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Support the team with fast turnaround on client communication and opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higherStrong verbal and written communication skills; confident, well-spoken, and articulateComfortable with cold calling and handling high-volume lead responsesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timesReliable, proactive, and able to multitask under pressureWeekend availability (half-days Sat & Sun) with a compensatory weekday offWork Schedule
