As a member of the Founders Office, you will act as a strategic partner to our founders, working on the most critical and high-leverage projects across the company. This is a unique opportunity to gain a ringside view of how a fast-scaling startup is built from the ground up. You will be a versatile generalist, tackling challenges that range from high-level strategy to hands-on operational execution. This role is perfect for a proactive, adaptable, and highly motivated individual with a passion for our mission.

What You&aposll Do

Strategic Initiatives : Drive key strategic projects from ideation to execution, working directly with founders and senior leaders to identify and solve the company&aposs most pressing challenges.
Operational Excellence : Improve and streamline internal processes, helping to build a scalable and efficient operational foundation for a rapidly growing organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a central hub, coordinating efforts and communication between various departments, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
Data-Driven Analysis : Conduct research and analyze market data to provide actionable insights that inform key business decisions and new product initiatives.
Special Projects : Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that don&apost neatly fit into a single department, such as preparing for fundraising rounds, managing investor relations, or launching new ventures.

Proven Experience : 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, or a similar fast-paced environment.
