What You’ll Do
- Assist in recruitment – posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
- Support smooth onboarding of new hires (docs, induction, buddy programs).
- Maintain & update HR records and databases.
- Help design and execute employee engagement activities.
- Assist in policy documentation and HR compliance.
- Collaborate with different teams to keep our people operations running smoothly.
