Role Overview
As an HR Intern, you'll support day-to-day HR activities including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and documentation. You'll gain experience with recruitment platforms, HR tools, and internal communication processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection
- Help draft and format job descriptions for multiple platforms
Requirements
