We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic rounds.
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.What We Offer
