As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and connecting candidates with partner companies while learning the fundamentals of HR and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and placement.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, cold emails, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a qualified talent pool for ongoing hiring needs.
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for partner companies during recruitment.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
• Support employer branding efforts and candidate engagement activities.
