About the Role
We are hiring a Recruitment Intern who will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and end-to-end recruitment processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment. As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and connecting candidates with partner companies while learning the fundamentals of HR and hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and placement.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, cold emails, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a qualified talent pool for ongoing hiring needs.
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for partner companies during recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
- Support employer branding efforts and candidate engagement activities.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable with LinkedIn sourcing, outreach, and candidate mapping.Ability to work independently in a remote internship setup.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Prior experience or interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.What You'll Gain
