Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telesales Specialist, located on-site in Mumbai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to close sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer support.
