About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Team Manager from the health insurance industry to manage a team of 12-15 tele callers. The role focuses on upselling health insurance products to donors on our crowdfunding platform . You should have a proven sales track record, strong MIS & dialer management skills, and experience in training and motivating teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & manage a team of 12 tele callers to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive upsell campaigns for health insurance products to existing donors.
  • Manage dialer setups, lead allocation, data churn, and CRM updates.
  • Prepare and present daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports.
  • Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI and company sales guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory : 7–10 years in health insurance telesales, with min. 3 years as Team Leader.
  • Proven sales performance in health insurance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of dialer operations, CRM tools, and Excel-based MIS.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and motivation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and improve sales conversion rates.
