Role : Telesales Representative - USA Market
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Representative with USA accent training to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven telesales experience and the ability to effectively communicate with American customers, driving sales growth through outbound and inbound calling activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Activities :
- Conduct 200-300 outbound calls daily to prospective customers in the USA market
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Present and promote products / services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Customer Engagement
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listeningProvide accurate product information and pricing detailsHandle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutionsFollow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects through the sales cycleSchedule appointments and product demonstrations as neededAdministrative Duties
Maintain accurate records in CRM system of all interactions with customersUpdate customer information and sales pipeline regularlyPrepare daily / weekly sales reports and activity logsParticipate in sales team meetings and training sessionsCollaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goalsRequired Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven telesales experience (B2B or B2C)USA accent training certification or demonstrated neutral American accentNative or near-native English fluency with excellent verbal communication skillsExperience working with USA-based customers and understanding of American business cultureProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Strong computer skills including MS Office SuiteExperience with VoIP systems and auto-dialersAbility to work with multiple screens and systems simultaneouslyFamiliarity with sales enablement toolsSoft Skills
Exceptional phone presence and voice modulationStrong persuasion and negotiation abilitiesActive listening and problem-solving skillsResilience and ability to handle rejection positivelySelf-motivated with a results-driven approachExcellent time management and organizational skillsBachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldKnowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling)Experience with lead generation and cold callingBilingual abilities (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plusWork Schedule & Conditions
