We are seeking a proactive Telesales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests. This role is ideal for a highly communicative individual who can resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring all interactions are meticulously documented.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests via phone.
  • Resolve issues with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions in line with bank protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.

Skills Required

  • Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or banking process is a plus.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English .
