We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven New Business Project Head who will function as a Strategic Partner to lead the launch and scaling of a novel business venture within our organization. This is a high-reward, high-autonomy role where success is directly tied to the project's performance. Compensation is entirely based on a pre-negotiated profit-sharing agreement, making this an entrepreneurial partnership rather than a traditional employment arrangement.
About the Role
The Strategic Partner will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of the new business project, from conceptualization to market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning : Define the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and operational roadmaps to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Business Development & Sales : Independently drive new revenue generation by identifying, securing, and managing key partnerships, clients, and market opportunities.
- Project Execution : Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the project, including product development, staffing (if applicable), budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
- Performance Management : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, regularly reporting progress and necessary course corrections to the principal stakeholders.
- Resource Mobilization : Secure necessary resources (internal and external) and build the initial team and infrastructure required to scale the new venture rapidly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.Required Skills
Experience : Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior management, venture capital, corporate strategy, or a successful track record as a Founder / Co-Founder.Entrepreneurial Success : Demonstrated experience in taking a project / product from zero to scale, including securing initial funding / revenue.Leadership & Autonomy : Proven ability to operate with complete independence and make high-stakes decisions with limited oversight.Pay range and compensation package
This is a non-salaried, structured as a partnership : Compensation Profit-Share Based. No fixed base salary.
