Key Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow all food safety protocols
- Perform mise-en-place preparation and ensure ingredient quality before cooking
- Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per company standards
- Support packing and dispatch activities when required
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
Requirements
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th) education with at least 24 months of relevant kitchen experiencePhysically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environmentMust maintain high personal hygiene standards, be disciplined, punctual, and clean-shavenWillingness to learn and grow in a kitchen settingFlexibility to work in break shifts (Morning & Evening slots)Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively as part of a teamSkills Required
