As a Product Support Engineer II, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of enterprise customers using complex SaaS platforms. This customer-facing position requires technical expertise in API, Web, and SDK integrations and the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, providing expert guidance and support while contributing to internal knowledge resources. The role offers exposure to a fast-paced, multicultural environment where precision, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication are critical. Accountabilities
- Handle technical support cases for enterprise customers, ranging from basic inquiries to complex integration challenges.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve issues across API, Web, and SDK integrations, providing clear solutions or workarounds.
- Manage technical escalations to completion, ensuring timely updates for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct technical certifications and validation of customer integrations before launch.
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases, including documentation, incident reports, and release notes.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in SaaS technical support, technical account management, or customer success roles.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.Experience with API, Web, and SDK (iOS / Android) implementation and support.Excellent technical communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proficient with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel (pivot tables, formulas).Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, or similar platforms.Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Comfortable working EMEA timings and flexible for on-call or standby hours when required.Team player with a growth mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and committed to continuous development.Great to Have :
