Job Description
As a Product Support Engineer - L2 at Signzy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the system by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide
high-quality support, ensuring compliance and security in financial transactions.
Required
API understanding
Knows how to work with APIs, Post API, Get API
make API curls when required
Able to handle client issues and document them in fast paced setup
Knows how to use Postman properly
Understand client issues and communicate well with them.
Good to have
Node js understanding, Good to have
Basic system understanding, CS background preferred
Able to work from office in hybrid at least
Responsibilities
Perform prelim analysis by hitting APIs and understanding the issue with flow before involving dev team
Document issues / findings and work with devs to get it resolved.
