The Junior US IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in the growth of our team. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top IT professionals who will contribute to our company's success. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social media, job boards, professional networks)
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a recruitment strategy
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations
- Working hours 8 : 00 PM To 5 : 00 AM IST.
Qualifications :
Prepared to commence a career in the IT Recruitment industry.Engineering graduates and individuals with internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.Comprehensive understanding of IT roles and technologies.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Education
