We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic automotive client relationships. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring delivery excellence, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with key automotive accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
- Develop account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery and support.
- Track account performance, renewals, and commercial 5-7 years of experience in automotive B2B sales / account management.
- Strong knowledge of automotive OEM and Tier-1 business dynamics.
- Excellent relationship-building, analytical, and presentation skills.
