We are hiring a Dealer Development Manager to expand and manage the dealer network nationwide, ensuring sales growth and strong channel relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers in target markets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to drive sales and service performance.
- Monitor dealer KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct dealer training on products, sales processes, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with marketing for dealer promotions and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer performance and market expansion.
