A Branch Manager at Finovest Group is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch office, ensuring adherence to company policies, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include :

- Team Leadership : Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operational Oversight : Ensure efficient branch operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base, enhance revenue streams, and promote Finovest Group's financial products and services.
- Financial Management : Monitor branch financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Improve and maintain Branch Score Card consistently
Requirements
A graduate in any discipline3-5 years relevant industry experience in NBFC & financial servicesLocal candidate, speaking Malayalam & English fluentlyRequirements
