Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth : Design and execute cohesive strategies for CASA, liabilities, third-party products, Gold loan etc to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
- Sales & Network Expansion : Lead branch performance, expansion, and channel productivity & Profitability initiatives with clear business and compliance outcomes.
- Customer Engagement : Drive superior customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell through personalized relationship banking and service excellence.
- Governance & Compliance : Uphold the highest standards of process integrity, internal control, and regulatory compliance across all branches.
- People & Leadership : Mentor zonal and regional leaders, build leadership capability, and nurture a strong succession pipeline for future growth as well as collaborate wth all stakeholders / Products & Channels.
- Transformation & Innovation : Champion digital adoption, process efficiency, and new-age banking practices.
Minimum Requirements
Education : Post-Graduate or higher qualification in Business Management, Finance, or related discipline from a recognized institution.Experience : 22 25 years of progressive experience in Branch or Retail Banking, with proven leadership in large-scale sales, operations, and customer engagement.Expertise :
Demonstrated success in driving CASA and liability growth, leading multi-zone branch networks, promotion of asset products and managing diverse teams.Strong grounding in regulatory compliance, risk governance, and audit readiness.Deep understanding of customer behavior, financial inclusion, and digital transformation within the banking ecosystem.Leadership Attributes :
