We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Thrissur and play a key role in driving organizational growth and employee success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Drive talent acquisition to attract top professionals and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee concerns effectively.
  • Partner with management to develop strategies for talent retention and career development.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align HR strategies with company growth goals.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, training, and skill development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Proven experience in Human Resource Management (4+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Business Development skills or experience in supporting organizational growth is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
