Role Summary

- This leader acts as the Cluster / Hub Manager, accountable for the entire Cluster P&L, translating the bank's corporate Vision into actionable business plans across multiple branches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Financial Leadership (P&L) :
Take full Responsibility for the Cluster P&L, driving revenue growth, optimizing costs, and ensuring the achievement of all profitability metrics across the entire branch cluster.Serve as a pivotal member of the regional leadership team, actively contributing to the formulation of the Bank's overall goals and strategy (both short-term and long-term).Translation of Strategy : Execute the complex translation of corporate strategy into detailed, actionable business plans and budgets at both the individual branch and consolidated cluster level.Business Development & Target Achievement (Cluster Sales) :
Develop and rigorously implement strategies and plans consistent with established volume and value goals across every product line (asset, liability, third-party) and service offered within the cluster.Drive and ensure the comprehensive achievement of branch and cluster level Business Targets, maintaining consistent high-performance across the hub.Leverage expertise in Branch Banking and Cluster Sales to identify market opportunities, secure large enterprise relationships, and capture market share within the designated geography.Operational Alignment & Resource Management :
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Product Teams (for portfolio penetration), Operations Teams (for process efficiency), and Regional Delivery Teams (for execution support) to align cluster objectives.Develop intricate operational plans for the cluster, ensuring resource allocation and service delivery models are optimized based on overall targets and allocated budgets for the region.Resource Reallocation : Regularly conduct detailed, data-driven reviews of the cluster's operations, making appropriate, decisive actions for reallocating resources and re-deciding priorities to maximize return on investment (ROI).Expansion & Future Planning :
Proactively conduct market assessments and financial viability studies to recommend plans for setting up of new branches and ATMs in the region, ensuring expansion aligns with the Bank's strategic growth map.Maintain a strong focus on people development, acting as an influential leader to build and mentor high-performing Branch Banking Head talent within the cluster.Required Key Skills :
