Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 10+ years of experience to lead initiatives focused on optimizing domain management practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining provisioning, recertification, and deprovisioning processes, along with identifying and removing stale DNS entries to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Domain Management Process Optimization :

• Analyze existing domain provisioning, recertification, and deprovisioning workflows.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas.
• Design and implement enhanced procedures and governance models.
