Business Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with domain expertise in manufacturing, machine maintenance, or asset management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, streamlining processes, and supporting ERP, CMMS, or EAM system implementations. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency and supporting the organizations digital transformation Responsibilities :

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements across manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and production functions
• Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows
• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP / EAM / CMMS systems such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or equivalent platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system functionalities with business needs
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and validate system functionalities against requirements
• Work with business and technical teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting frameworks, and interactive dashboards
• Identify process gaps and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical development teams
• Contribute to change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, asset management, or industrial operations
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Domain knowledge in manufacturing workflows, preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts inventory, and downtime tracking
• Hands-on experience with ERP / EAM / CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, or similar systems
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and reporting support
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies, SDLC processes, and UAT Skills :
• Exposure to IoT-driven maintenance systems or predictive maintenance solutions
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
• Experience in large-scale ERP rollouts or digital transformation projects
• Ability to train end-users and create knowledge materials
