IT Business Analyst

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) with 5-10 years of experience to drive business process improvements, implement new systems, and help us achieve operational excellence in the logistics domain. The BA will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring they align with company objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business operations.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop business cases, process flows, and functional specifications to support system enhancements.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Collaborate on project management tasks, including timeline development, scope management, and progress reporting.
