Key Responsibilities :
- Focuses on understanding business needs and translating them into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Gather and document requirements, analyze processes, design solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, create documentation, support testing.
- Analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing new workflows within ServiceNow.
- Collaborating with architects and developers to design ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
- Creating detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria with exposure to ADO.
- Working closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitating communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear understanding.
- Keeping up with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Participating in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications & Experience :
10+ years of experience.Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in ITSM.Experience with ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.Proficiency in agile development methodologies.Experience with stakeholder management.(ref : hirist.tech)
