Aurigo Software Technologies - Senior Manager - Marketing Operations

Key responsibilities :

• Implement the company'sgo-to-market strategy by operationalizing targetaccounts, personas, messaging, and territory management for marketing and sales. Use ABMand other approaches to maximize market penetration.
• Act as the company's data architect for all activities along the customerjourney, from market definition to our marketing and sales funnels.
• Oversee key applications such as Salesforce and Pardot as businessowner and ensure all sales and marketing team members have the data needed to execute theirjobs successfully. Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and other sources.
• Own alignment betweensales and marketingdepartments, and top-of-funnel processes for handoff between demand generation and business development.
• Work with sales and marketingleadership to define the annual demand generation plan across all channels that aligns with the company'soverall strategy

Required skills and qualifications :

• 10+ years of marketing operations experience in the B2B softwarespace.
• Highly experienced in designing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with sales and marketing processes at an established software house.
• Highly knowledgeable about sales and marketing automation tools and digitalstrategies for driving lead generation.
• Excellent command of business writingand ability to own the production of outstanding email and digital content. Demonstrated ability to build compelling nurture campaigns to drive demand generation.
• High level of attention to detail and experience managingmultiple projects to successful completion simultaneously.
• Experience building and running a small team of analystsand operations staff.
• Degree in marketing, business,communications, or relatedfield. MBA highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competingpriorities among a globally dispersed team.
