Job Description : Senior Product Marketing Manager
Role Overview :
As the Product Marketing Lead, you will be the connective tissue that bridges our product, sales, and marketing teams. You are the owner of our market narrative, responsible for translating our product's features into clear, compelling value that resonates with our target buyers. Your strategic insights will shape our go-to-market motions and empower our revenue teams to succeed.
You will be the voice of our product to the market and the voice of the market to our product team.
What You'll Own and Be Responsible For :
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution :
- Own and orchestrate the launch of new products and features, ensuring a seamless and impactful introduction to the market.
Messaging & Positioning :
Craft and maintain a consistent, powerful market narrative.This includes developing core messaging, defining buyer personas, and creating our competitive narrative.You are accountable for ensuring every GTM function from Sales to Demand Genspeaks with one unified voice.Market Intelligence :
Serve as the expert on our market, buyers, and competitors.Constantly gather insights from SDRs, AEs, and customer-facing teams to track messaging effectiveness and inform product strategy.Content & Web Presence :
Own the website and our inbound content strategy.You will be responsible for creating high-impact content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience.Cross-Functional Alignment :
Work closely with a wide range of teams including Product Management, Account Executives (AEs), Sales Enablement, Demand Generation, Customer Success, RevOps, and Design to ensure our GTM efforts are aligned and effective.Team Leadership :
Mentor and manage at least one junior team member, guiding them in their professional growth and ensuring key initiatives are executed success will be directly measured by your ability to :Generate and accelerate qualified pipeline by creating compelling sales enablement materials and marketing content.Drive product adoption and ARR expansion through effective messaging and value-driven campaigns.What We're Looking For :
6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.Proven track record of launching successful products and driving revenue.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate.Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and crafting buyer personas.A strategic thinker who can also be hands-on and execute with a high level of detail.(ref : iimjobs.com)
