What You’ll Do
- Strategic leadership - Define the performance marketing roadmap, aligning with business growth targets and brand objectives.
- Multi-channel management - Oversee campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
- Team management - Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of performance marketers to deliver best-in-class execution.
- Data-driven optimization - Use analytics, attribution models, and experimentation to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Budget ownership - Manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across markets and channels.
- Creative direction - Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-impact creatives and landing pages.
- Testing & innovation - Lead A / B tests on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimizations.
- Market expansion - Develop strategies for entering new geographies and scaling campaigns internationally.
- Stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with product, growth, brand, and analytics teams to drive aligned outcomes.
- Performance reporting - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
5-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a startup.Proven success in GTM, managing large budgets and scaling acquisition campaigns profitably.Strong Understanding of App ecosystem including MMP - Appsflyer etcExperience in driving Creative strategy for performance marketing.AI Native thinker. Have experience in using various advanced AI tools to drive and optimize Marketing campaigns including driving Static and Video Ads.Deep expertise in App marketing - Android and iOS. Also exhibit handson understanding of MMP, Marketing Attribution & AnalyticsStrong Hands on experience with Ads platforms - Meta, Google. Apple search ads, Tiktok etcBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
