Role & responsibilities

The Marketing Manager is crucial in driving brand visibility and engagement and fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations across diverse regions. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate and capitalize on the nuances of different markets across the country.

Following are the KRAs for the role :

1. Strategic Planning : Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, identifying target markets, and implementing effective campaigns.

2. Brand Management : Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing initiatives, and maintaining brand integrity and reputation. Store visits implementing branding.

3. Campaign Management : Overseeing the development, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive brand awareness and sales.

4. Market Research and Analysis : Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences, and using the insights to refine marketing strategies.

5. Budget Management : Managing the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring optimal return on investment for all marketing activities.

6. Collaboration and Networking : Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and partners to maximize marketing opportunities and collaborations. Coordinating for Advertisement, Media plan and Promotions.

7. Innovation and Adaptability : Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements, and continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and growth in the ever-evolving marketing landscape
