- Manage end-to-end recruitment for finance positions (Associates, Controllers, Project Coordinators)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and campus partnerships
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical assessments
- Maintain pipeline of 2 hires per month across both offices
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements

1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or tech companiesMBA in HR or equivalent qualificationFull-cycle recruitment experienceProficiency in HRMS systems (RazorPay experience a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityPreferred
