We are looking for a HR - Recruitment Specialist who will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent. This position is critical in ensuring that a company has the human resources necessary to achieve its objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market. The Recruitment to Specialist is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Specialists are tasked with several key responsibilities that facilitate successful talent acquisition and management. These include :
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and procedures in alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Working closely with hiring manager to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
- Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on established criteria.
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-up interviews with head of department
- Managing the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers.
- Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand. (Strong knowledge of Social media hiring like Naukri, Recruiter, indeed etc.)
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and employment practices.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding employment.
Education and Certification Requirements
