Cubastion - Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to achieve business : 15+ years (Mandatory), less experienced profiles will not be & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and business teams.
• Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance standards, and quality metrics.
• Manage vendors, third-party partners, and distributed teams when required.
• Foster team motivation, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong communication SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile / Scrum certifications (preferred)
