Associate Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support our fast-paced eCommerce operations. As a pivotal member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. • Project Coordination : Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Execution Oversight : Support the development of detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Process & Reporting : Maintain project documentation, track key milestones, and prepare regular status reports for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Facilitate meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.
• Quality Assurance : Partner with QA and operations teams to validate deliverables and ensure adherence to standards.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to post-project reviews, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations (experience in eCommerce or technology-driven organizations preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
