Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, people management skills, and hands-on understanding of web and mobility technologies to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create detailed work plans, allocate resources, and set timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Team & Stakeholder Management :
Assemble and lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the team has the required tools / training.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and addressing concerns.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Risk & Change Management :
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation / contingency plans.Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, and recommend solutions.Budget & Quality Management :
Develop and manage the project budget, track expenses, and make adjustments as necessary.Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements to meet standards.Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including schedules, plans, and reports.Oversee project closure activities, including final evaluations and reports.Technology Expertise :
Strong understanding of web and mobility technologies to comprehend technical challenges and solutions.Work with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.Methodologies :
Work with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies, depending on organizational requirements.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Expertise in Agile / Waterfall project management practices.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSM (preferred but not mandatory).(ref : hirist.tech)
