We're looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager with at least 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience. This unique hybrid role requires a professional who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with project leadership and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will take ownership of both the technical execution and delivery management, acting as a crucial link between client stakeholders and the development team. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical tasks, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities Management & Client Interaction :

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating requirement-gathering sessions and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project status, manage risks and issues, and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with development managers, leads, and QA teams to define schedules, allocate resources, and make key implementation decisions.
