Position : Senior Functional Project Manager – Digital Health Transformation

Location : Delhi | Type : Full-time / Contract

We are hiring for one of our partner organizations, a global healthcare provider and a leading advocate for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

The Senior Functional Project Manager will spearhead the design, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions (UIN and Middleware). This role requires leading large-scale IT transformation projects, managing vendors, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, ensuring compliance and security standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale IT system design and implementation.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation.
